The short version: you can browse and share this site freely. Prices, quantities and delivery for an order are agreed in writing for that order, and those written terms are the ones that count. These terms cover only your use of the website at monsitrade.com.

Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You may browse it, share links to it and contact us through it. Please don't try to disrupt it, break its security or copy it wholesale.

Information on the site

The website describes our products and services in general terms. It isn't an offer to sell. Figures such as lead times, minimum order quantities and product ranges are typical and can differ for a specific order. We work to keep the information accurate, but the details that apply to you are the ones in your written quote.

Quotes and orders

Prices, specifications, quantities, samples, payment, delivery and any warranties are agreed in writing for each order, in a quotation, proforma invoice or contract. Those written terms govern the order. If they conflict with these terms, the written order terms apply.

Samples

We offer samples so you can check quality before you commit. What we send, how many and how they're shipped is confirmed for each request.

Our name, logo and content

The MonsiTrade name, logo, text and images on this website belong to MonsiTrade or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.

Other websites and services

The site links to services we don't control, such as Google Calendar and Meet, LinkedIn and our other businesses MonsiTools and Mr. Radiant. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

No warranty for the website

The website is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, MonsiTrade isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Our responsibilities for an order are set by the written terms of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
